I hand-build websites for therapists and counsellors so they come across online as themselves. Because I'm a therapist myself, we can start from a shared understanding of the work — not a brief you have to translate into something a designer will understand.

Two or three well-matched ongoing clients can cover the cost of a site within a few months.

Your first three months of care are included with every build. After that, you can continue with whichever plan suits you, if you wish. Every plan includes secure hosting, and annual plans give you two months free.

Please submit changes together as one monthly request. Editing time included with Regular and Full applies to changes to existing content and does not roll over. New pages, substantial rewriting, redesigns and new functionality are quoted separately.

  2. 2Agreeing the scopeWe choose the right package, agree the timescale and secure the project with a deposit.
  3. 3Discovery and directionWe explore your voice, audience, content, palette, structure and the feeling the site should carry.
  4. 4Design, build and refinementI develop the visual direction, build the site and refine it with you through the revisions included in your package.
  5. 5TimelineMost projects typically take 2–5 weeks from signed agreement to launch — depending on tier and how promptly feedback is returned.
  6. 6Launch and supportThe site goes live, ownership passes to you, and your included care period begins.

Your included three months care plan begins as soon as the site goes live. After that, you can continue with a care plan or take over the site yourself.
